What You’ll Do:
As a Mosquito Hunters Technician, you’ll be the friendly face our clients trust. Your day will include:

- Delivering outstanding pest and mosquito control services
- Assisting with training new team members and reinforcing best practices with regard to safety and service
- Driving to client homes and businesses to perform detailed property inspections
- Leaving marketing information on our client’s neighbor’s doors.
- Applying control treatments using backpack sprayers and other equipment
- Communicating with customers and ensure they’re informed, satisfied, and loyal
- Supporting scheduling, route planning, and inventory management

You must:

- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Have proof of insurance (if required)
- Be able to lift at least 45 pounds and carry a backpack sprayer
- Enjoy working outdoors and being on the move
- Communicate well with clients and teammates
- Be dependable and self-motivated
- Be willing to take a state pest control licensing exam
- Representing the Pest Hunters/Humbug Holiday Lighting brand with professionalism, positivity, and pride
- Implementing best practices with regard to safety service
- Following the company dress code.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Eye for detail and commitment to safety
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- In possession of (or can easily/quickly obtain) Michigan pest control licensing Core, 7a, 7b, & 7f
- Enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced, physical environment
- You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have
- Experience in pest control, lawn care landscaping, construction, or maintenance
- Customer service or delivery driving experience (Uber, DoorDash, Amazon, etc.)
- A passion for helping others and working outside
- CANDIDATE MUST BE (or have recently been) State certified, category 7A-general pest management.
